01 How much does it cost?
It depends on the project, but it's always a flat, upfront price before we start, with no extra charges halfway through. In a short conversation we give you the exact number, with no obligation.
02 How long does it take to have my store ready?
It depends on the size of the project, but we give you a clear date before we start and we keep it. Most stores are ready in a few weeks.
03 Do I need to know about technology?
No. You tell us what you sell and how your business works; we take care of the rest. And we leave you knowing how to manage your site, without depending on anyone.
04 How does payment work?
We start with a deposit: that first payment lets us set the team aside just for your project and move ahead with no pauses. Before you pay anything, you already know exactly what you'll get, when and for how much — a flat, upfront price, no surprises.
05 Do I really own everything?
Yes. Your site, your code and your domain stay in your name from day one. We don't lock you in: if one day you want to leave, you take everything with you.
06 What if I don't like the design?
