01 How much does it cost?
It depends on the project, but it's always a flat, upfront price before we start, with no extra charges halfway through. In a short conversation we'll give you the exact number, no strings attached.
02 What do I need to get started?
Very little: you tell us what you sell or what your business does, and we take care of the rest. If you already have a logo, photos or copy, we use them; if not, we help you put them together. You don't need to have anything ready beforehand.
03 How long until my store is ready?
It depends on the size of the project, but we give you a clear date before we start and we stick to it. Most stores are ready in a few weeks.
04 Do I need to know tech?
No. You tell us what you sell and how your business works; we take care of the rest. And we leave you knowing how to manage your site, without depending on anyone.
05 How does payment work?
We start with a deposit: that first payment lets us set the team aside just for your project and keep moving without pauses. Before you pay anything, you already know exactly what you'll get, when, and for how much — a flat, upfront price, no surprises.
06 Do I really own everything?
Yes. Your site, your code and your domain are in your name from day one. We don't lock you in: if one day you want to leave, you take everything with you.
07 What if I don't like the design?
We work with you throughout the process and adjust it together. We don't hand you a surprise at the end: you see it and approve it as it moves along.
08 Can you improve a store I already have?
Yes. You don't always have to start from scratch. We review what you have, tell you honestly what's worth keeping and what to improve, and leave your store faster, clearer and easier to sell on.
09 Do you work with Shopify or other platforms?
We work with Shopify and with other tools too. We pick the one that best serves your business based on what you sell and how you want to manage it. We explain the options in plain terms, no technicalities, so you can decide with peace of mind.
10 Do you give support after delivery?
Yes. We stay available to help you with questions and tweaks after delivery. We don't disappear when the project ends.
11 Do you work with businesses in other cities or countries?
Yes. We work with clients all over Chile and abroad too. Everything is coordinated online, no matter where you are.
